Winemaker's Notes Our White Merlot was crafted from the deeply coloured Merlot grape, renown worldwide for producing rich, velvet textured red wines. The brilliant coral colour is a result of allowing only minimal contact with the grape skins during the gentle pressing process. This wine is layered with fresh aromas and flavours of cherry, strawberry and spice combined with a touch of sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish.
